In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the payment will not be refunded.

We make every effort to ensure that your specimen is shipped safely to the lab via FEDEX. However, we understand that sometimes damages may occur during shipping. If this occurs, we will conduct second testing free of charge. No refunds will be given due to shipping error.
Chargebacks

If a customer attempts a chargeback after a service has been rendered, we will provide the necessary documentation and proof of service to the payment processor to dispute the chargeback.
